A week ago. I search for information on the Toro 66-7460 Primer Bulb, so i would like to bring a story to tell.
the temptation is to say "it sucks, but that's what it's designed to do," but that it would not be terribly useful as well .... anyone with a set of sockets and a variety of screw drivers will be able to handle the replacement. There are a number of excellent video on youtube that will clarify the process of replacing that, while not terribly complex, is not intuitive (search for "bulb replacement toro single stage snowblower primer"). Primer bulb works perfectly.
