Unlike other-Mine was delivered quickly and with all the parts in the box. It took me about an hour to assemble and install my Cub Cadet. There were a couple of small dents and scratches on a couple of biggies partsbut. pretty easy to make sure you have fat installjust .... lubricate all parts and joints while putting furniture together. also used golf club grip tape and solvent to firm rubber handle. other than that it was pretty easy .... the hardest part
